BioThis is a journal of culinary adventure. It's basically for myself, so I can remember what to do or what not to do, but feel free to follow along - sometimes I'm pretty good.
I've not had any training, unless you count the training that my mother and grandmother provided. Mom was an amateur cake decorator. She made wedding cakes all summer long when I was a kid. I've been cooking and baking nearly my entire life, and I'm addicted to the food network.
Most everything featured in this journal will be vegan. I was raised in a very health conscious environment on account of a lot of illness in my family. I can 'veganize' almost anything.
We're interested here in the exploration of the best possible ingredients, and in simplicity.
